Shared Paranormal Investigations ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website sharedparanormal.net. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
Information you give us. If you sign our guestbook, send us an email, or contact us about appearing on the show, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and, where you have asked us to, to share your story.
Log and device data. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard log information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site secure and understand overall traffic.
This site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — for basic site functionality and, as described below, for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some features may not behave exactly as intended.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this site. Please note the following, which we are required to disclose:
Some pages embed content from third-party services, such as YouTube videos. Embedded content behaves as if you visited that service directly, and those services may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content according to their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you from your own messages to us, or to ask us to delete it. You can control cookies through your browser and personalized advertising through the Google Ads Settings link above.
This site is intended for a general audience interested in the paranormal and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
